APPLICATIONS FOR 2019 BLUES FESTIVAL WILL BE AVAILABLE JAN 2019
The Annual Lebanon Blues Festival will take place once again on the first Saturday in August in historic downtown Lebanon, Ohio. The festival will continue under the direction of the Lebanon Optimist Club. The Lebanon Optimist Club is a not-for-profit civic club which focuses on the youth of their community. All proceeds from this event will directly benefit youth in the Lebanon area.
The main stage for the live band performance is at the end of Mulberry St., adjacent to a fenced in beer garden. A Classic car show will be sponsored by Run of the Mill Hot Rod. This exhibit area will be along Broadway St. adjacent to the food vending area.
Due to the success of this festival we have a large number of returning food vendors. All applications will be reviewed and Acceptance/Denial notices will be sent within 14 days of receipt. All applications must be received by June 1, 2018. If we have not sold out, applications will be considered by first come first serve.
New food vendors will be considered based on their unique menu/product items as we limit the number of duplicate type booths. First time vendors must submit photos with their applications. Booth confirmation/assignment letters will be sent by July 10,2018.
Merchant booths are on a limited basis and will be set up along Mechanic St., where there will be no access to electric service. We do not accept any promotional type booths, we are looking for merchandise that fits with our theme and is unique and will appeal to our guests.
